Tight Curfew for 2nd Consecutive Day on Beit Sahour
BETHLEHEM, April 27, 2004, (WAFA) – Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) tightened on Tuesday the curfew imposed for the second running day on the West Bank town of Beit Sahour amid military oppressive practices on its vicinity, residents said.... They told WAFA that the IOF troops stormed the area and seized a number of civilian houses turning them into military barracks. Several patrols were poured into the city streets.... They added that the Israeli soldiers assaulted the worshippers in Amr Bin al-Ass mosque after storming it where they fired stung canisters and brutally beat up the prayers with clubs....
