RAMALLAH, April 14, 2004 (WAFA) - President Yasser Arafat chaired Wednesday an urgent meeting of the Executive Committee of the PLO which was attended by the head of the Palestinian government and representatives of the Palestinian organizations to discuss the deal which Sharon is trying to reach with President George. W. Bush..... The Palestinian Leadership warned of Sharon's plan which jeopardizes, for the first time, the Refugees right of return, the fourth of June 1967 borders including Jerusalem, perpetuates the Israeli settlements and continues the construction of the Apartheid Wall which seize 58% of the West Bank and hence forth destroys any possibility for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital..... "Sharon's conditional withdrawal from the Gaza Strip with continued Israeli control over our borders with Egypt ,our land, and sea borders, as well as our air is a clear- cut evidence that Sharon's plan leads not to withdrawal, but to transforming the Gaza Strip into a big ghetto and concentration camp" the Leadership said.... The Palestinian Leadership cautions against the dangers of reaching such a plan as it clearly kill the chances of peace, security and stability in the area. It also unleashes the cycle of violence, destroys commitments, agreements signed between the two parties, which is exactly what Sharon and his extremist government aspire to.... The Palestinian Leadership calls upon the Non-Aligned countries, International Community, the peace camp in Israel, the UN and the Quartet Committee to totally reject Sharon's deal because it violates the resolutions of international legitimacy , international Law, cancels the Road Map peace plan and harms the role of the US as sponsor of the peace process....
