RAMALLAH, Thursday, June 04, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy to clear and relatively hot in daytime and mild to slightly cold conditions in night hours, with a significant rise in temperature which becomes above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Light to moderate westerly to northwesterly wind blows in daytime, and becomes northwesterly to southwesterly in nighttime. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 17°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 27°C and a low of 16°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 37°C and a low of 25°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Friday’s temperature is set to further rise and approach 3°C above the seasonal average, as mainly clear and relatively hot to hot conditions prevail.

The same weather conditions are expected to continue on Saturday and Sunday.
