BEIRUT, April 3, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll due to the Israeli aggression on Lebanon rose to 1,368 civilians, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry.
The Ministry announced that it has recorded 1,368 deaths and 4,138 injuries due to the ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanon.
It added that within the last 24 hours, Israeli attacks resulted in the killing of 27 people and the injury of 105 others.
