RAMALLAH, Sunday, July 14, 2019 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas received at his Ramallah office yesterday the Russian ambassador to Palestine, Goatse Buachidze, and briefed him on the latest political developments in the region.

The President affirmed the historic relations between Palestine and Russia and the Palestinian leadership’s desire to strengthen it to serve their people’s common interests.

On the other side, Buachidze confirmed his country’s unswerving support for the Palestinian cause and its keen interest to boost the relations with the Palestinian people.
