JERUSALEM, July 1, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli police on Sunday re-detained a Palestinian prisoner from occupied East Jerusalem right after they released him from the Naqab prison in southern Israel.
Rami Saleh Fakhouri was just released from Naqab prison after serving an 11-month sentence in jail when Israeli police and prison guards manning the gates of the prison arrested him again.
Fakhouri has been arrested by Israeli authorities in recent years for his active social role in holy Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied Jerusalem. He was once assaulted and critically injured by Israeli police while they were assaulting worshipers in the holy mosque.
