TUBAS, October 6, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Monday assaulted a woman in Khirbet Ibziq, northeast of the occupied West Bank city of Tubas, according to local sources.
They said that colonists attacked a woman while the latter was herding her sheep in the locality, requiring her to be hospitalized.
Meanwhile, colonists vandalized palm trees and a fence on a privately owned land plot in al-Fairisya in the northern Jordan Valley, as confirmed by Mahdi Daraghmeh, head of al-Malih Village Council.
Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities.
Colonists’ violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others.
Approximately 1 million Israeli colonists are living in colonies in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in violation of international law.
