RAMALLAH, March 22, 2017 (WAFA) – The Palestinian government condemned on Wednesday Israeli army killing of a teenager earlier in the day in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

An Israeli tank fired a shell at Palestinians near the Rafah border area killing Yousef Abu Adra, 18, and injuring two others.

Government spokesman Tareq Rishmawi described Israel’s 10-year-old blockade on Gaza and its attacks against the Palestinian people there as a violation of international humanitarian law.

He urged the international community to put an end to Israel’s systematic aggression against the Palestinian people and to force it to end its blockade.
