RAMALLAH, March 10, 2017 (WAFA) – Weather on Friday is partly cloudy, hazy and pleasant, and temperatures are set to significantly drop and approach about three degrees Celsius above the seasonal average, said Palestine Meteorological Department (PMD).

Scattered showers are expected later in the evening and night with occasional thunderstorms. Wind is northwesterly to southwesterly, light to moderate, active at times. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperatures are set to significantly drop further and approach two degrees Celsius below the seasonal average on Saturday as mostly cloudy, breezy and relatively chilly skies prevail. Scattered rains with occasional thunderstorms are expected in morning hours.

Mostly cloudy, breezy and relatively chilly skies are anticipated for Sunday as temperatures remain steady. Rain showers with occasional thunderstorms are anticipated, especially in morning hours.

People are warned against gusty winds, low horizontal visibility and possible floods in low areas on Saturday and Sunday.
