JORDAN VALLEY, December 19, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Monday blocked with cement blocks main roads leading to the village of Rantis to the northwest of Ramallah in the aftermath of an alleged shooting attack that left an Israeli settler injured.
Israeli armed forces further deployed throughout the village and a military checkpoint was placed at one entrance after Israeli authorities announced that a settler was shot and injured near the village late Sunday.
Forces reportedly searched a number of homes in the village. No arrests were made.
