RAMALLAH, September 11, 2025 (WAFA) – Vice President of the State of Palestine, Hussein Al-Sheikh, said on Thursday that the Palestinian state is inevitable, arising from the triumph of oppressed and occupied peoples and the eventual departure of the occupation.

In a post on X, Al-Sheikh stated, “No matter how the occupation asserts itself, its fate is to leave, and the Palestinian state is coming whether some accept it or not.”

He added that "attempts to shape reality through military force will not change the historical inevitability that the will of peoples for freedom, independence, and self-determination cannot be suppressed."

Al-Sheikh emphasized that "neither the E1 plan nor any other Israeli measures will prevent the Palestinian people from achieving their legitimate national goals, with the support of Arab brothers and friends worldwide."
