RAMALLAH, June 23, 2025 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas issued a presidential decree on Monday amending the formation of the 19th Palestinian government and granting a vote of confidence to two newly appointed ministers.
The decree names Varsin Ohannes Vartan Agabekyan as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, and Estephan Anton Salameh as Minister of Planning and International Cooperation.
