RAMALLAH, April 9, 2025 (WAFA) - Presidential Spokesperson Nabil Abu Rudeineh stated on Wednesday that the statements of Mustafa Barghouti, which insulted the brotherly Emirati people and their leadership, do not represent the position of the State of Palestine and its people.

In response to Barghouti's statements, Abu Rudeineh said that the Palestinian leadership would not allow any act of disrespect for the symbols of any brotherly or friendly Arab country or its leaders.

Accusing Barghouthi of crossing red lines, Abu Rudeineh added that the Palestinian people respect and pay tribute to the brotherly Arab peoples and would not allow the red lines to be crossed.

He expressed his absolute rejection of any statements driven by agendas that do not serve the interests of the Palestinian people.
