RAMALLAH, March 9, 2025 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas issued a presidential decree today, promoting Major-General Mohammad Khalil Ibrahim al-Khatib, also known as Nidal Shaheen, to the rank of Major General.
Shaheen has been appointed as the new head of the Palestinian Military Intelligence Directorate, succeeding Major General Zakaria Musleh, whose service has been concluded.
