RAMALLAH, February 24, 2025 (WAFA) – The official spokesman for the presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, warned of the escalation of the occupation forces' destructive aggression on the northern West Bank, by forcing 40,000 Palestinian civilians to flee their homes, blowing up homes and neighborhoods, and systematically destroying the infrastructure, especially in the cities of Jenin and its camp, Tulkarm and its camps, Tubas, and Al-Far'a, which comes accompanied by the threat of a return to war in the Gaza Strip.

He added, we warn of the danger of the occupation authorities completing what they started in the Gaza Strip of crimes of genocide in the West Bank, by storming Palestinian cities, villages, and camps, killing and detaining people, destroying cities and camps, continuing colonies and attempts at annexation and racist expansion, and isolating Palestinian areas from each other.

Abu Rudeineh continued, we demand that the US administration force the occupation state to immediately stop the aggression it is waging on the cities of the West Bank, and to establish a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, if it wants to spare the region further tension and escalation, because the alternative is continued chaos and endless wars in the region.

The official spokesman for the presidency reiterated that the future of Palestine is decided by the Palestinian people through their independent national decision, and with the approval of the Palestine Liberation Organization for any solutions, and it will not accept an alternative homeland, displacement, or a state without Jerusalem.
