BETHLEHEM, December 10, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Tuesday seized a large tract of agricultural land in Beit Jala city, west of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem, according to Hassan Breija, anti-wall and colonization researcher.
Breija said that the occupation forces took over 94 donums of land at the Khallet Sam‘an, isolated behind the section of Israel’s apartheid wall and close to Route 60, known as “The Tunnel”, to make room for the construction of a bus station for colonists.
Over 700,000 Israeli colonists are living in colonies across occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank in violation of international law.
