BETHLEHEM, December 10, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday began surveying lands in the village of Jouret al-Sham'a, south of Bethlehem.
Hassan Breijieh, a researcher in wall and colonies affairs, told WAFA that the occupation authorities began surveying lands in Jouret al-Sham'a, placing markers in them, with the aim of expanding the colonial road from Etzion colony towards al-Rashaydeh desert, reaching the Dead Sea road, as well as expanding Tekoa Street that connects to Mazmuria checkpoint near al-Khas and al-Nu'man to the east.
Breijieh added that this arbitrary measure will lead to the seizing dozens of agricultural dunums of lands in Jouret al-Sham'a, al-Ma'sara, Marah Ma'ala, Tekoa, al-Halaqim, and Iftih.
