RAMALLAH, Sunday, July 7, 2024 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas extended today warm greetings to the Palestinian people across all regions, as well as to Arab and Islamic nations, on the occasion of the Hijri (Islamic) New Year, 1446.
On this occasion, the President expressed his wishes for an end to the ongoing Israeli aggression and the relentless campaign against Palestinian land, people, and holy sites.
He prayed for mercy to the martyrs of Palestine, a speedy recovery to the wounded, and freedom to the Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli occupation prisons.
The President also extended his wishes for the Palestinian people to realize their aspirations to freedom and independence.
