QALQILYA, Monday, May 13, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Monday demolished two homes in the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya.
Local sources said that the occupation forces demolished the house of prisoner Thaer Badwan, which consisted of two floors, and the house of local resident Rashid Enaya, which consisted of one floor, adding that their area ranged between 150-200 square meters.
The occupation forces claimed the two houses were built without a license.
Large forces from the occupation army, accompanied by a military bulldozer, stormed neighborhoods in the town, raided a number of homes there, including the homes of prisoners and freed prisoners, and closed the entrances to the town.
The sources added that a young man suffered bruises and fractures after the occupation soldiers assaulted him and left him in the street during the widespread and ongoing storming of the town of Azzun.
The occupation army also detained dozens of youths and conducted field investigations with them.
