BETHELHEM, Sunday, May 5, 2024 (WAFA) – A number of Palestinian citizens Sunday evening suffocated during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem.

Local sources told WAFA correspondent that the confrontations were concentrated in Al-Tall area in the Old City, where the occupation forces fired tear gas and sound bombs towards Al-Khader Church and citizens’ homes, causing a number of them to suffer from suffocation due to inhaling the toxic gas fired at them.
