TULKARM, Thursday, May 2, 2024 (WAFA) - A Palestinian young man was shot and seriously injured by Israeli occupation forces tonight during a military incursion into the town of Anabta, located east of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank.

The Ministry of Health reported that the young man was seriously injured by Israeli gunfire to the head during the Israeli military raid in Anabta.

He was subsequently rushed to Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital in Tulkarm for treatment, where his condition was described as serious, according to the ministry.

Earlier tonight, witnesses reported that Israeli forces stormed the town while firing heavily and indiscriminately towards civilians. This resulted in the injury of the young man, who was present in his father's commercial shop on the main street of the town.
