JERUSALEM, Tuesday, March 02, 2021 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained four people today, including three siblings from the African community, and assaulted others in the vicinity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied Jerusalem, according to the Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS).
Nasser Qous, director of the PPS office in Jerusalem, said three siblings and members of the African community in occupied Jerusalem and a Palestinian were detained by Israeli police detained at Alnnazir Gate, one of the historical gates of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound.
Israeli police also clashed with civilians and physically assaulted some of them in the said area, including the father of the three detained members of the African community, Qous added.
