RAMALLAH, January 25, 2012 (WAFA) – Palestinian exports decreased by 5% in November 2011 compared to the previous month and reached $59.8 million, while imports increased by 0.8% and reached $330.0 million in the same period, a report by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) said Wednesday.
Palestinian exports to Israel decreased by 4.3%, while imports from Israel increased by 2.1%, said PCBS.
Exports to other countries decreased by 8.7% while imports from other countries decreased by 1.5% in November.
Imports from Israel represented 64.6% of total imports while exports to Israel represented 83.8% of the total November exports, said the report.
