QALQILIA, January 22, 2012 (WAFA) – Israeli forces early Sunday closed all three entrances of Azzoun, a town east of Qalqilia in the northern West Bank, completely isolating it from its surroundings, according to witnesses.
They told WAFA that Israeli forces are stationed at the town’s entrances after closing its northern, western and southern entrances with locks, preventing residents from entering or leaving the town.
They added that forces Saturday evening also patrolled its vehicles in the town’s streets and alleys in a provocative way.
