PEX Daily Report: Al-Quds Index Down

NABLUS, January 19, 2012 (WAFA) – The Al-Quds Index of the Palestine Exchange (PEX) closed Thursday trading at 478.13 points, down by 0.94 points (0.20%), compared to Wednesday trading, according to the PEX daily report.

 

A total of 266,881 shares were traded for a value of $336,144.95 executed during 175 transactions.

 

Shares of 18 companies were traded. Share price increased in six companies and decreased in six others.

 

Top five gainers: BPC by (3.33%), AIB by (2.5%), NCI by (1.49%), TIC by (1%), GMC by (0.96%).

 

Top five decliners: JCC by (-3.1%), WATANIYA by (-1.61%), UCI by (-1.35%), PADICO by (-0.94%), BOP by (-0.69%).
