RAMALLAH, July 19, 2011 (WAFA) - Tuesday’s weather is fairly hot with temperatures between 19 – 29 degrees Celsius. Temperatures will continue to rise by 2 – 3 degrees higher than seasonal average, with moderate, northwesterly winds and low tides.
