Palestinian Sentenced to Seven Years on Charges of Collaboration with the Enemy

RAMALLAH, July 7, 2011 (WAFA) – The first instance court in Nablus Thursday issued a seven-year imprisonment sentence with hard labor for a Palestinian from Nablus, crime number 75/2009, on charges of collaborating with the enemy, according to the general prosecutor.

In a press statement, the general prosecutor said the convicted man was charged with collaborating with the enemy since 2005, violating Article 110 of the 1960 Penal Code.
