Tamari said that the collectables have been in Birzeit University possession for years, but have been hidden during the first Intifada in the 1980s due to the Israel security and political threats against the Palestinian culture then.
The collections have been regrouped in the Museum in preparation for the exhibition two months ago.
Yassin said that the exhibition, which will remain open for two months, is part of the “2011 Exhibitions” program that includes “Body Politics” exhibition in September and “City Exhibition in Nablus” in November.
