Israeli Soldiers Suppress Anti-Wall, Anti-Settlements Protest in Iraq Burin

NABLUS, June 25, 2011 (WAFA)- Israeli soldiers Saturday suppressed the weekly protest against the Apartheid Wall and Israeli settlements in Iraq Burin, a village south west of Nablus, according to witnesses.

Witnesses said that clashes are taking place right now between the protesters and the soldiers who are firing life bullets and tear gas at the demonstrators.

To be noted, Israeli soldiers Saturday at dawn declared Iraq Burin a closed military area and erected a military checkpoint at the entrances of the village, inspected Palestinians legal documents and prevented anyone from outside the village to enter it.
