HEBRON, June 25, 2011 (WAFA)- Israeli soldiers arrested on Saturday a Palestinian, and three foreign activists, as well as they beat the participants in the weekly protests against the Apartheid Wall and Israeli settlements in Beit Ummar, a village north of Hebron, according to witnesses.
Yousef Abu Maria, media spokesperson of the Popular Committee Against the Wall in Beit Ummar, said that Israeli soldiers arrested a Palestinian,21, and three foreign solidarity activists and took them to ‘Kryat Arba’ detention center.
He added that Israeli soldiers beat and injured several Palestinians including himself ;one Palestinian, 25, was injured and burnt by an Israeli sound bomb that hit his foot.
