MOSCOW, June 25, 2011 (WAFA) - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Bogdanov, Saturday affirmed Russia’s Support of the Palestinian reconciliation and the importance it reflects on the Palestinian cause’s future.
He said, during a meeting with Palestinian Ambassador to Russia, Fayed Mustafa, that Russia will always support Palestine and its right to establish an independent state within 1967 borders with Jerusalem as its capital.
Mustafa briefed Bogdanov on the latest efforts and developments to form a technocrat Palestinian government based on the reconciliation agreement.
They discussed the Palestinian-Russian relations and delegations and expressed opinions regarding the Israeli intransigence and its influence on the political process.
