GAZA, June 7, 2011 (WAFA) – Israeli soldiers shot a man with a rubber bullet during a peaceful weekly march near Beit Hanoun (Erez) crossing with Israel, north of the Gaza Strip, said medical sources.
They said Kamal Edwan was hospitalized but his injury was described as moderate.
The march, organized by a local initiative, was to protest the Israeli security belt at the Gaza Strip borders with Israel, but inside Gaza territory.
