NABLUS, February 22, 2011 (WAFA) – Dozens of Israeli settlers attacked the village of Bourin, south of Nablus, on Tuesday causing damage to homes, according to local residents.

They said residents came out to confront the settlers and clashed with them using rocks. The settlers, who were armed, left the area after the Israeli army intervened. Few Palestinians were lightly hurt in the clashes.

Settlers regularly attack Palestinian villages in the Nablus area, where some of the extremist settlers live.
