AMMAN, April 30,2008, (WAFA)- The Jordanian Committee for the Affairs of Al-Quds denounced on Wednesday the latest Israeli decision to establish a Jewish museum across the Western Wall ( Al-Buraq Wall) which is part of the Holy Mosque of Al-Aqsa.
In a statement, the committee confirmed that the resolution is a form of blatant Judaization of Arab territories, especially
'It is in stark contrast with the relevant United Nations resolutions and international and humanitarian laws and its two protocols annexed to them, and it is also against the fourth agreement of the Geneva Conventions endorsed in1949 especially the fourth convention which prohibits all actions of the Israeli occupation authorities that would alter the demographic characteristics and civilization, religious nature, archaeological and historic Arab lands of Palestinian territories, including Al-Quds.' the Committee said.

The Committee appealed to the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), the United Nations, UNESCO and all international governmental and non-governmental organizations to exert pressure on Israel to put a definitive end to its expansionist and aggressive policies and compel it to adhere to the resolutions of international laws and the recognition of the right of the Arab Palestinian people to self-determination for the Palestinian national soil with Al-Quds.
