RAMALLAH, January 17, 2008 (WAFA)-PLO International and national Relations Department said on Thursday that the continued Israeli escalation and massacres on the Palestinian territories are organized state-run terrorism against the Palestinian people to kill negotiations started recently.

In a statement, it added that Israeli government adopts the policy of killing , escalation and seizing the lands in a step to undermine all international endeavors to revive the peace process in the region.

Israel wants to impose facts on the ground in an attempt to foil any negotiations to discuss the final status issues.

It held the Quartet, the American Administration, the EU and the UN responsible for Israel's acts, calling on these bodies to immediately intervene to stop escalation , barbaric acts and the policy of starvation and economy paralyzing perpetrated by Israel as well as to compel it abides by international accords.
