Mubarak: Solving Palestinian Cause is Right Overture to Absorb Crisis in Region
SHARM EL-SHEIKH, January 16, 2008 (WAFA)-President Husni Mubarak confirmed on Wednesday that solving the Palestinian Cause is the right overture to absorb crisis and conflicts in the region.
Following his meeting with U.S. President George W. Bush in Sharam EL-Sheikh resort, President Mubarak stressed, in a statement, that the Palestinian cause is the core of the conflict in the Middle East, voicing hope to reach a deal peace before President Bush's ruling end.
President Mubarak also reiterated his country's determination to continue its support to the cause of peace and the exerted efforts as well as its willingness to work hand in hand with the United States and the international quartet, and all regional and international partners to reach a just, comprehensive and lasting peace that closes the file of the Arab-Israeli conflict and opens the Middle East new vistas towards more peaceful, secure and just future.
