MEDRID, November 9, 2007 (WAFA)-Amnesty International handed Israeli embassy in Madrid a petition signed by 130 activists calling for suspension of construction the Separation and Annexation Wall in the West Bank.

In a statement, the signatories said that in November 9, 1989 Berlin Wall had collapsed and after 18 years "unjust Wall" is built, which is an Israeli wall divides and isolates cities and villages in the Palestinian territory.

The signatories called on Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to halt construction the Wall in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
