OCCUPIED EAST JERUSALEM, January 30, 2007, (WAFA)- Israeli occupation bulldozers destroyed Tuesday morning a house in the occupied East Jerusalem, witnesses said.

They told WAFA that Israeli bulldozers, backed by military and police vehicles, moved into A-Tur neighborhood, at Olive Mountain, in Jerusalem and destroyed the house.

The soldiers told the owners that the house and cottages will be destroyed under a pretext of "security reasons".

The Israeli military, and Policemen, prevented the owners of the houses, under the gunpoint, from evacuating their furniture.

Israeli troops established new post at the Olive Mountain beneath the Apartheid Wall which divides Jerusalem from the rest of the West Bank.

Worthy to mention that, since the Israeli occupation of Jerusalem in 1967, Israeli authorities allow the Israeli Jews to build houses inside Jerusalem while prevent the Palestinians even to reconstruct their houses.
