DAVOS, January 24, 2007 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas arrived Wednesday in Davos Resort, Switzerland, to participate in the World Economic Forum.

President Abbas attended a supper organized by the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Forum, Mr. Klaus Schwab in the honor of Presidents of states, Premiers and participants in the Forum.

President will address the Forum, he will brief the paritciapnts on the dire economic situation faced by the Palestinian people due to the Israeli and international siege imposed on the Palestinian territory.
