BAGHDAD, January 23, 2007, (WAFA)-The Palestinian Refugees Association in Europe said Tuesday that Iraqi armed groups kidnapped 26 Palestinian refugees from al-Krradah area in Baghdad.

In a press release, the Association stated that the armed men have beaten and assaulted Palestinian women and led the kidnapped into an unknown destination.

The Association called on the Iraqi government and the conferees convened on Palestinian Refugees Affairs,in Cairo, to provide protection to the Palestinian refugees in Iraq.
