Israeli Arrest Campaign Continues in West Bank
BETHLEHEM, January 10, 2007 (WAFA)-Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Wednesday 21 citizens in the West Bank (WB) cities of Bethlehem, Nablus, Jenin and Jericho, security sources said.
They added that Israeli soldiers strormed Nahhalin villge, west Bethlehem, conducted a search campaign into citizens' houses and arrested 14 citizens, including head of its Rural Council. They were led into an unknown location.
While at least three citizens were arrested in Aseera al-Shimaliya town, north Nablus city by the IOF and led into an unknown spot, witnesses told WAFA.
In Jenin, Israeli soldiers burst into Sela al-Harithiya town, launched a search campaign and arrested two brothers, leading them into an unknown fate, local said.
WAFA reporter said that Israeli soldiers stormed Aqba Jaber refugee camp, south Jericho governorate, conducted a search campaign into citizens' houses and arrested two citizens, leading them into an unknown spot.
