President Receives a Phonecall from Foreign Minister of Russia
RAMALLAH, December 21, 2006, (WAFA)- President Mahmoud Abbas received Thursday a phonecall from the Foreign Minister of Russia, Mr. Igor Ivanov.
Mr. Ivanov Briefed President Abbas about the meeting between President Vladimir Putin, of Russia and Bashar Assad of Syria, in Moscow.
Ivanov reiterated the support of Russia to the efforts of President Abbas for the peace process.
