NABLUS, December 16, 2006 (WAFA)-Israeli Occupation Forces(IOF) killed Saturday morning a citizen in the West Bank (WB) city of Neblus, witnesses said.

They told WAFA that Ameen Makhlouf 20, of Al-Sheikh Musallam area in the Old city of Nablus, was hit with live bullets in the neck, chest and legs as he was on the roof of his house. He was killed on the spot.
