TUNISIA, May 21, 2004 (WAFA) Tunisian President, Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali, stressed Thursday the necessity of providing international protection to the Palestinian people against Israel’s aggression and devastation.... Ben Ali reiterated that the Palestinian people must be internationally protected against Israel’s daily aggression, urging the international community to immediately intervene to put an end to Israel’s aggression.... He also affirmed that Israel should respect the signed agreements and implement the Road Map peace plan to achieve a just, last and comprehensive peace and to establish an independent Palestinian state in accordance to international legitimacy....
