BETHLEHEM, May 9, 2004, (WAFA) – Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested early Sunday a civilian of Jabal Hindaza, east Bethlehem City, witnesses said.... They told WAFA that massive Israeli troops, backed by military vehicles, incurred into the area, besieged several houses amid intensive shooting and arrested the civilian Nasser Nawawra 21, after beating him up severely.... The witnesses added that the Israeli incursion spread a state of panic and horror among residents, mostly children and women... The shooting inflicted a grave damage upon a number of surrounding buildings, municipal sources in the city confirmed.... Meanwhile in Khanyounis, IOF troops shelled the civilians’ houses of Khoza’a town of the city, Palestinian security sources said.... They confirmed that an Israeli tank opened heavy fire against the houses of the town while the schoolboys were heading to "Khoza'a Martyrs School", 400 meters to the border line east Khanyounis....
