TULKAREM, April 27, 2004, (WAFA) – Three civilians were wounded Tuesday when Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened random fire at the pedestrians in Tulkarem Refugee Camp, medical sources said.... The medics at Thabet Hospital in the city confirmed that Emad al-Dameery 17, and two others were critically wounded with robber-coated bullets in the head and chest. The wounded in Tulkarem mounted to 11civilians today.... Meanwhile, IOF troops besieged the Refugee Camp amid intensive shooting, imposing a tight curfew on the city....
