RAMALLAH, Monday, July 13, 2020 (WAFA) – Palestine Monday afternoon confirmed 106 new novel coronavirus cases, raising the total confirmed cases in the occupied territories since the pandemic outbreak to 7,441.
Health Minister Mai al-Kaileh announced that 46 Palestinians tested positive for the virus in Jerusalem district, 49 others in Ramallah and al-Bireh district, nine others in Qalqiliya district, another in Hebron district and another in Nablus district.
According to the latest coronavirus data, the confirmed cases in the occupied territories (West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and Gaza) reached 7,441.
Out of the 7,441 cases, 6,494 are recorded in the West Bank, 72 in the Gaza Strip and 875 in East Jerusalem.
Recoveries have totaled 1,258, including 174 in East Jerusalem, while the death toll reached 41, leaving a total of 6,142 active cases.
