GAZA, February 12, 2018 (WAFA) - Minister of Public Works and Housing, Mofeed Hasayneh, signed on Monday a project contract for the construction of 75 housing units for Palestinian families affected by Israel’s 2014 war on the Gaza Strip.

The Italian government provided the Palestinian Authority with a loan worth €4,220,755 for the rehabilitation of infrastructure and the construction of new housing units for families whose homes were destroyed during the Israeli war on the besieged coastal enclave.

The minister thanked the Italian government for this loan, appealing to all countries that have pledged to fund reconstruction projects in Gaza to fulfill their obligations and pledges.
