RAMALLAH, September 10, 2026 (WAFA) – Two Palestinian detainees were injured after Israeli prison repression units, known as “Metsada” and “Yamas,” raided several sections of Israeli's Ganot prison.

The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs reported that the suppression units carried out operations inside the prison using stun grenades and rubber-coated bullets, resulting in injuries to two detainees.

The Commission added that a state of tension remain high inside the prison.
