BETHLEHEM, May 24, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian child was wounded by live Israeli gunfire on Sunday evening during an Israeli military raid into the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem.
According to Palestinian security sources, Israeli forces stormed the town and opened live fire toward residents, injuring a 15-year-old boy in both legs.
He was transferred to hospital for treatment. The incident came one day after two other children were wounded by live ammunition in their lower limbs during a separate Israeli raid on the town.
